Pelican House was truly an AMAZING property with WONDERFUL hosts!!! Our group was 6 couples coming from all different directions
.we had sooo much space, the home is beautifully decorated and equipped with absolutely everything you might need!!! Everything you could need in a kitchen, great game/hangout room with games and fun galore, towels and linens of high quality, beautiful outdoor space also!!! Check out the pictures
.they have it all!!! Host was extremely accommodating and helpful and even left us an overflowing gift basket of goodies designed especially for our group

This house is absolutely beautiful, as well as the furnishings and decor. The game room and patio/yard were added bonuses to an already perfect place. There was so much room for all of us to spread out. Check in was smooth and easy, and all communication with the owner was equally as easy. She was very responsive to any texts. They even left us a gift box of snacks and drinks upon our arrival. The location was also perfect as we used the Breezy Point Marina, White Birch Golf, and Paul Thiede park for hiking and fire tower climb. All were just minutes away. I would definitely recommend this place for any group or family getaway.

Wonderful location for a family get together. The amenities were awesome. Loved all of the special touches. The extra amenities and attention to detail certainly did not go unnoticed. There were 12 of us and there was plenty of room for all of us to gather as well as separate places when we wanted.

Best VRBO!

Couldn’t imagine a VRBO/ weekend rental could be any better than the posh pelican house! Rented this for a weekend golf outing, and it hit every need we could ever imagine out of the park! House is beautiful and really clean, beds were amazing and comfortable! Garage is set up to entertain, arcade game and yard games ready to be used! Rented a couple places and nothing has been as nice as this! Owners really went out of their way to make the weekend go smoothly! Definitely will be renting this unit or there other properties again! 20 out of 10!

BOOK IT NOW! All nine guests agreed this is the nicest house we had ever stayed at! I've stayed in A LOT of VRBO's and I've never had an experience like this. Not only is the house beautiful, spotless, and fully stocked, but they didn't forget a thing you might need AND they left us with a beautiful and very generous gift basket. They left notes for us on how to run things, where things were, etc... The host was excellent with communication as well. She found out we were also doing Christmas while we were there and she went out of her way to go set up a tree for us to make it more magical for the kids. BLOWN AWAY. The comforts of the home are also unmatched! From soft blankets and towels, to nice pillows and extremely comfortable beds and couches to heated floors. It was so inviting and comfortable. The location is prime for any time of year. I cannot rave enough about this house and the amenities. We all have Sleep Number beds at home, which makes it hard to sleep anywhere else, but we slept like babies here! I would go here and be just fine not leaving for the whole vacation even though it's in a prime spot for outdoor activity. That's how inviting and comfortable this home is. I can't rave enough about it. We'll be back for sure! Thank you for making our family gathering absolutely PERFECT.

House was the perfect retreat for the weekend of a wedding. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Every detail was thought of to make our stay a home away from home. Never had a better experience!

First off, the communication with Kerry was not only easy, but informative and welcoming. She wanted to be sure we were taken care of from the moment we walked through the door. And when we walked through the door, we were stunned at the beauty, cleanliness, and activity of the house. You can tell the house is brand new and very well maintained. There are so many games in the garage and space out back. All of the rooms were phenomenal. Beds were comfortable, and every little detail was thought of. We were staying in town for a work trip, and it made the trip so much more enjoyable knowing we had this house to come back to. We’ve already said as soon as we know the dates we’ll be in town for next year, we’re going to secure the house. I couldn’t recommend Posh Pelican or Kerry more!

Our bookclub had a wonderful ladies weekend away. The Posh Pelican was spotlessly clean and welcoming. Everything You Can Think Of!

House is beautiful and very clean - it was a great place for our family winter get away. We had 7 adults, 3 teens, 2 kindergartners, and a 2 year old and the house was the perfect set up for us. Everyone said their bed was extremely comfortable (even the trundle) and the bedrooms were all quiet even with the open layout. The rec room setup in the garage was perfect for hanging out and playing games/cards and darts. The house is stocked with everything you could imagine to make your stay perfect! The hosts were so incredibly gracious - they left a wonderful welcome basket and sent us clear instructions on how to get in. We reached out to them during our stay with a question and they helped us immediately. We had a great family weekend and made great memories and will definitely come back!

Girl's Weekend

Myself and 5 girlfriends stayed at the Posh Pelican this past weekend and had wonderful time. I can't say enough about how beautiful the home is, how well appointed it is, how great the hosts are!!! All the little extras really make this place stand out...the heated floors throughout the whole main level, the great welcome basket from our hosts, the well stocked kitchen and pantry. We brought all our own food to cook but it was nice to have plenty of spices, oils vinegars, etc. to finish the meals. Kerry and Dave are mindful of every detail. Did you forget your reading glasses? There is a basket of differing strengths there for your use. Extras like this make this home stay over the top! All of the beds are extremely comfortable as well as the living furniture. We also loved the garage/turned rec room. So inviting for game playing and morning Pilates. The Posh Pelican is fabulous!! We will be back!

The posh pelican is absolutely a gorgeous home. It’s a great place for families to stay because there’s a rec room that is great for kids close enough to the rest of the home so you can be there if you need to supervise but far enough away so the noise is not bothersome. The home is beautifully appointed, light, airy, and with gorgeous decor. The host left us to lovely gift packages plus a fully stocked pantry. I have never been in a place that offered as much to the guests. Our host was very easy to get in touch with and more than accommodating of our request to check in a little early. The home however, is not an acceptable home because while it is at grade level and you can roll a wheelchair and there are no grab bars anywhere in the master bathroom and the bed in the master bedroom it’s a platform bed that it’s only about seven or 8 inches high with that foam mattress on it so you think way down. I use a wheelchair to navigate. I have ALS so I have no upper body strength and I was totally unable to get up and down out of that bed. We found a workaround by moving the trundle bed mattress on top of the king bed for me but it was uncomfortable and awkward. I would highly recommend this for a family of people that are not disabled. It’s beautiful, spacious great backyard fully fenced in so kids can go out and play there , a fire table and places to sit.
