This Beautiful 5 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is located on Pelican Lake's Cree Bay. Outside it has a large private dock, a canoe for your use, a wrap around porch with a screened-in room, firepit and grill. Inside you will find a well stocked kitchen, game room, gas fireplace and Smart TV's. There are 9 beds which sleep 16 people. Pequot Lakes is just north of Brainerd and near Breezy Point. Ideally located for easy access to lake activities, golf and shopping, but a quiet, retreat-like feel.
The Space:
The perfect destination for a large group sharing a getaway! Venture 'Up North' with your group and enjoy family reunions or summer getaways in this roomy retreat with a luxury lodge-like feel. Cree Bay is a shallow bay full of wildlife. You would boat out to the main lake from there. Swimming beaches are a short boat or car trip away on Pelican lake. The bunkhouse is not equipped with a bathroom.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Private Dock with boat slip, fire pit, wrap-around deck, beach towels & a natural gas grill, canoe for your use.
INDOOR LIVING: Smart TVs, gas fireplace, game room w/ billiards, 8-person dining table & a wet bar.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped, stainless steel appliances, drip coffeemaker, breakfast bar, blender, cooking basic spices & a Crock-Pot.
