proximité appréciable du centre historique, mais situé à une rue très passante

L'appartement est très bien situé par rapport au centre historique (10 minutes à pied). La climatisation est très appréciée pendant les périodes de forte chaleur. Malheureusement l'appartement est situé à une rue très passante y compris la nuit.
