(Refurbishment is currently underway – the house has only recently been listed – the photos are for illustrative purposes only (140m² – 4 large air-conditioned bedrooms, including a master en suite – 2 shower rooms – living room and kitchen – 2 large parking spaces – 1 city terrace...) .

Perfect for exploring the region, its mountains, beaches and culture. Just 10 minutes from the beach and 20–30 minutes from the foothills of the Pyrenees, Collioure, Spain, the towns at the foot of Mont Canigou and the oysters of Leucate.

In a quiet location, close to Avenue Torcatis and the Pont Joffre, the house blends Belle Époque charm with modernity. From here, you can walk to all of Perpignan’s attractions (restaurants, market, bars, cinema, theatre, museum, concert hall, ‘Visa pour l’Image’ and other events…) and it is 25 minutes from Spain.

The house comprises 4 comfortable bedrooms (3 double beds and 2 single beds – which can easily be joined on request), 2 shower rooms, a kitchen and a living room. A city terrace completes the living space.
Simple yet pleasant, the walls are adorned with artwork by a professional artist.

Please note that this house was occupied by our children until recently; it is currently being refurbished at the time of publishing this advert.
