Close to the center of Perros Guirec, close to shops, The house is 7 minutes' walk from TRESTRAOU beach, about 25 minutes from the "Sentier des Douaniers", which overlooks "the Pink Granite Coast". The beach is accessible by a small path located down the road in front of the house. The mother is visible from the living room as well as from the bedrooms.

maison et quartier tres agreables

jolie maison dans un quartier agreable de perros guirec . propriétaire tres sympathique,tres discret .(on ne l'a meme pas vu à notre départ) quelques petits travaux a prevoir(electricité,parquet,portail...)mais la maison est confortable avec une jolie vue sur la mer .. tres bon sejour dans une region magnifique .

Buena casa, tranquila y bien situada

Es una casa muy agradable, muy luminosa. Está bien equipada y tiene una ubicación muy cercana a diversas excursiones, el sendero de los aduaneros y playas . Las habitaciones son muy espaciosas y las vistas son agradables. La zona es muy tranquila pero cerca de comercios del centro y de la playa. Su dueño Julien ha sido muy amable. Hay una cama que necesita mejorar, pero Julien ya está en ello
