43m2 studio located in a quiet residence.
Ideally located:
- 200 meters from the port of Perros Guirec
- downtown at 3min by car (15min on foot)
- 10min drive to Trestraou Beach
- 3 min from Trestrignel beach
Small shops are nearby (grocery, pharmacy, biocop, restaurants 2 min)
Ideal location to visit the Pink Granite Coast and its surroundings.

Studio of 43m2 composed of a big stay, a closed kitchen, a room of water and a separated TOILET.
Housing is redone (August 2019).
It can accommodate 4 people. It is composed of 2 comfortable beds. The first is a sofa bed with a real mattress 140. The second is a sofa also equipped with a real mattress that can be put in bed one person (80 by 200) or two people (160 by 200),
The kitchen is closed and fully equipped (induction hob, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster ...).
A closet at the entrance allows the storage of coats and suitcases.
The toilet is separated from the bathroom and a washing machine is available.
Balcony and private parking space removing the hassle of parking in a busy place.

The bed linen is provided.
Ability to provide bath towels for 5th.
I do not charge a cleaning fee. I do not wait for the tenants to do it. The apartment must however be returned clean as a whole (kitchen included) and the dishes must be made (it can be left to drain).

Note: Oven under repair and wifi not available before September ...

Logement propre, rénové avec goût et bien situé!Seul bémol: dans l'annonce c'est écrit que les serviettes de toilettes sont fournies alors que non! Les matelas que ça soit le canapé ou le "lit" étaient hyper inconfortables!

Très lumineux

Le logement est idéalement placé dans Perros Guirec. En plus, vous pouvez garer votre voiture. Le propriétaire ne pouvait pas être disponible, mais il nous avait bien expliqué. Nous avons bien apprécié le studio.

Randonneurs, nous avons été déçus de ne pouvoir avoir les cles du studio avant 18h, et de ne pouvour communiquer avec l'hôte que via des messages sur le site (pas de tel possible ), c'est un peu leger au vu du prix...Sinon studio spacieux et calme.

Anniversaire de mariage

Séjour compliquée à retrouvé dans nos réservation, pour a la finale avoir un coup de téléphone du proprio qui disais que il ya eu un souci dans la réservation. Un anniversaire de mariage annulé à causes de l'incompétence de Abritel. Ces termine plus jamais je ferais confiance en se site.
