1 room with 2 beds in 80cm with duvets (or large bed 160cm) -

New bedding and equipment. Balcony furniture. Electric heating. Common room for bicycles. Good condition (maintenance and painting).

Location parfaitement située et propre. En revanche, la litterie est vétuste, très inconfortable et pas de place de stationnement associée à l appartement loué. Difficile de stationner surtout avec un bébé, pas pratique. Pas de lave linge c est dommage. Difficile de joindre l agence par téléphone, des échanges assez froid. Lors de mon arrivée, on m a remis les clés et on m a dit de lire le descriptif sur le papier pour trouver la location et le digicode du portail etc....que j allais bien me débrouiller. Je précise que ce n était pas si simple car plusieurs logements de ce type dans cette rue avec des entrées différentes. Donc pas d explications... On ne m oriente pas sur le tourisme alentours , pour une agence j ai trouvé cela étrange. Je ne me suis pas sentie la bienvenue. Pour 976 euros la semaine c est dommage. Suite remise des clés lors du départ aucun retour sur la bonne réception de celles-ci ni sur l état des lieux....

Bonjour, Appartement très propre, petit bémol, la fenêtre de la chambre 1m×1m donne vue sur le couloir et l'ascenseur !! La lumière automatique du couloir rentre facilement dans la chambre si les stores ne sont pas baissés. La rue est parfois assez bruyante.
