Ideal location from which to enjoy Brittany!

Excellent. Located on a quiet road close to the town and beach, with easy parking. We enjoyed our stay.

Un logement très bien situé mais très vieillot et sale.

Nous avons passé une semaine très mitigée car le logement est idéalement situé et au calme mais le descriptif ne respectait pas ce qui nous attendait. Il mériterait une rénovation totale. L'intérieur est mal fini dans des matériaux bas de gamme et un volet roulant PVC ne s'ouvrait pas ce qui a rendu le séjour très sombre. Une salle de douche avec WC minuscule et sommaire, pas de chambre comme indiqué sur l'annonce car c'est un studio et du linge de maison pas adapté en taille et à renouveler...pas de Wifi et en zone blanche...et un problème de ménage car le studio était très sale à notre arrivée... Une hôte par contre à l'écoute... et un endroit calme avec une vue sur un jardin magnifique et la plage à 5mm.

chaos vanwege dubbele boeking

Bij aankomst bleek er sprake te zijn van een dubbele boeking. We konden pas een dag later het appartement in. De eigenaresse regelde wel alternatief. Later in de week bleek dat er nog 2 boekingen op "ons" appartement waren gedaan. De eigenaresse heeft ook die problemen opgelost. Verder hebben we een goede tijd gehad in Perros Guirec. Appartement ligt vlak aan zee en ook aan de GR34. Heel fijn.

Trop petit

Très sombre,lit dans le milieu de la pièce,porte d'entrée ne s'ouvre qu au 3/4,terrasse terrasse très petite,robinet de douche mis sur lavabo donc trop loin (il faut être deux),lit défectueux,très mal couché,hôte ne fonctionne pas,cuisine très sombre,pas assez de couverts,pas de paillasson,pas de wifi.Trop chère pour ce logement.Bien placé quand même.

Hote très aimable, appartement spartiate !

L appartement est plutôt bien situé, mais pas très bien équipé . SDB exiguë, minimum de vaisselle ! Cependant, il faut saluer la bienveillance et l amabilité de Josette, la proprietaire ! Adapté pour un court séjour....

Vacances au calme

Très bon contact avec la propriétaire, un appartement très beau et très propre à deux pas de la plage de Testraou. Il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait sur place. On garde l’adresse en tête pour une prochaine fois !
