There are probably 10 hotels on this exit, but I chose this hotel for one reason only; Gabby on your front desk!! I had stayed there a few months ago for the first time because you accepted pets. Gabby was great! So, this time I didn’t have a pet, but was hoping that Gabby was working so I could have the outstanding customer service she provided! When I walked through the doors, there she was with that big, warm smile! She actually recognized me and said “you’re back”!!! That put a big smile on my face! She wanted to know where my pup was hiding. It is so nice to have someone treat you so kind and professional when you’ve been on the road all day. The hotel is really, really good, breakfast is top notch, but Gabby makes everything about your establishment great!!!!!

The front desk clerk was very nice and polite. But the morning kitchen staff woman was very rude. She was rude to myself, my adult son as well as my granddaughter. I do not appreciate this type of rudeness from a customer service worker.

Staff is courteous, room was spotless, best cheesy eggs I've had at a hotel, although the hash browns and sausage was kind of cold. Breakfast area was clean and person managing that area was pn the ball refilling coffee pots etc.
