Disability room was spacious, near lifts, view of pool and hot tub. Variety of hot drinks, kettle and milk in fridge. Large comfortable bed. Only issue was shower near pool- I hear it has been repaired- however, I dislocated my shoulder trying to gather enough "mist" to clean myself.

The airport drop off was good however I emailed prior to arrival about the shuttle for pick up & no one replied. Cleaning staff were lovely, reception staff were not welcoming during our stay, it felt like they were to busy to answer simple questions.

This hotel charged our credit card for deposit and refunded the amount few days after we checked out. The staff did explain, at checking in, that the credit card would be charged. But it still seemed strange as other hotels just hold on to the credit card for deposit and never charge. Also, the deposit was stated as A$100 but A$101.30 was charged instead, maybe due to credit card charges. Even though A$101.30 was refunded, we still lost some amount due to currency exchange in the end.
