Nutbush Cottage Falcon.

A tranquil, newly renovated, self contained cottage located in a quiet, leafy suburb. A nature lover's paradise with abundant bird life, kangaroos and dolphins nearby. Close to all of the activity, but far enough away for a relaxed, quiet retreat. Close proximity to the estuary, (1 klm to nearest public access point), local beaches (3 klm) and shopping centres, (nearest is 2 klm). Numerous restaurants and eateries within a 10 minute drive.
Explore the many nearby tourist attractions such as the famous giants, thrombolites estuary cruises and the Peel water wonderland.
The cottage is a separate building located at the rear of our home with your own access, under cover parking and plenty of parking for a boat. You will have exclusive use of the pool, spa and tennis court during your stay.
There is a very well equipped full kitchen with full stove, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher. You also have use of your own BBQ. There is a washing machine and dryer for your convenience. Check in is from 11am on arrival day and by 2pm on departure day.
The property is spacious and very quiet, the perfect getaway from the busyness of life.
During your stay at this cottage, you're just a quick walk from Louis Dawe Park. Enjoy features like an outdoor pool, 1 hot tub and laundry facilities. Enjoy your stay with amenities like a kitchen and a TV in the cottage.
