We were in town for an event and had to stay for a minimum of two nights due to it being Easter weekend as did the other guests at $220 per night which is alot considering it is a basic motel room. There was a large family that had also booked in and we were very disappointed when one group out of this family was asked to leave because their kids had their cousins over for a swim who weren't staying at the hotel. The kids were well behaved, having fun and not causing any trouble, nor were the family, they even called the police who attended and escorted the calm family off the property. It was an extreme over reaction in our opinion and we did wonder if it were because the family were of a different culture to the people running the resort.

3 days booked - did not even manage to get into a room. Do not keep to their word if you are booking in after hours - so dont even bother. Staff are NOT accommodating at all. Owner lied about being able to help and left people sitting in the car for 9 hours until they graciously opened their reception then were so hard to deal with weended up having to find other accommodation - even through they were on site. Do not book here.

DO NOT STAY HEAR I BEG YOU ! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE REPORTED!!! The staff are very rude, we booked 2 nights over the Easter holidays and was kicked out due to not allowed visitors !! The visitors with us where children and they told us to leave the children outside of the premises or they will call the police, we haven’t even been at the property for less then 2 hours we checked in at 2 o’clock and was kicked out around 3:30. They called the police to remove us , the police have told me they always have issues at this resort, the manager seems to know what he is doing and will look for anything to make money! I believe they are scammers and are running a business in correctly and are doing fraud!, they have workers on 457 visas that can’t even speak English and living at the resort. We had paid 1200$ all up including bond, we only had a our bond refund still haven’t received it , there is a high chance we won’t we receive it after looking at all the reviews! If anyone has had the same experience in the past report this resort to consumer affairs !!

The person did not want the woman and her son into the room I booked for her. I phoned the manager after 9 pm as I only heard about the issue after 9. He said the office was closed and he can not open for her then. The woman had to sleep in her car. Too late to get another place. So we never used the room and I would like a refund.
