This was an excellent apartment. Good value, well equipped, centrally located and the pool was an added bonus. Annabelle was a very helpful and reponsive host, would be very happy to recommend.
A great little apartment - well situated, nicely modernised and 3 beds 2 baths good for a family. We have stayed in this complex before and would definately rent this property again.
This three-bedroom apartment is comfortable and cosy and centrally located in Perth. The kitchen is well equipped and in working order. We were happy and comfortable during our stay there. Annabelle, the host was prompt and helpful before and throughout our stay. Thank you.
Great unit & everything you need in it. Shower in ensuite needs a seal on the bottom of the shower door as water runs all over the floor. Portable fans need a goid clean

Not a serviced apartment
OK apartment ,bedrooms and bathrooms good No.balcony. No space to dry clothes except tumble dryer. Had to wash own sheets unless we paid for clean ones to be delivered. Would still have had to change beds. No mattress cover on main double .Had to clean apartment with own clesning prducts after having to ask for a mop-as there wasnt one. We asked for late check out ,but it was not available. Very difficult with young kids and late flights. Our daughter ,who was staying with us ,is a senior staff member at WA tourism,,based in the NW of WA. She was attending several meetings with tourism WA whilst she was with us. She was very un-impressed with the whole way the apartment was being managed.
The listing stated the pool and hot tub opened October 1, we arrived October 3 and the pool didn’t open until October 23 , the day before we were to leave. Barbecues we’re supposed to be available too and they were locked in the pool area and unavailable for use.
The lister was sympathetic but didn’t offer compensation for the inconvenience. She did say that it was a strata problem with the health authorities. It was unfortunate for the two ten year old boys to walk by a swimming pool every day.
