About this property
With mezzanine and swimming pool, in a farmhouse in the hills
ED Refnr. 2764903
Charming agriturismo with a shared pool, a small chapel and panoramic views
The old, completely renovated, 17th-century villa of this agriturismo is located on the rolling, green hills of Pesaro, amidst olive groves, fields, pine forests, oaks and laurels, and affords a beautiful view of the magnificent surroundings.
On the site, apart from the main building, there is an annex and even a small chapel. A particularly attractive feature for holiday-makers is the pool, which even has a small hydro-massage area and several sun loungers and lounge furniture on the surrounding lawn.
What were once the hay barn, the stables, the tower and the residential house of the farm were converted into cosy holiday apartments in 2009, where you can spend a relaxing nature or beach holiday. Guests feel very much at home due to the original architectural features, with exposed ceiling beams, floors with clay tiles, and uneven walls.
The town of Pesaro is about 2.5km away, and the sea is only around 7km away. The agriturismo therefore enables you to combine a seaside holiday with a cultural holiday, owing to its proximity to places of cultural and historical interest, such as Urbino, Gradara, Fano or San Leo.
The owners will welcome you very cordially and will be happy to provide you with advice and information about the area.
The studio is located inside the Pignocco Country House, an 18th-century farmhouse that has been finely restored and converted into non-hotel accommodation. Situated in the hills, just 5 km from the historic centre of Pesaro and the sea, it is the perfect starting point for a holiday among nature, sea and culture, discovering the Marche region.
Outdoor spaces and common services:
Large garden with grove of pines, cypresses, laurels and spontaneous vegetation.
Tables and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners.
Summer swimming pool, reserved for guests, set in a centuries-old olive grove with deckchairs and sunbeds.
Barbecue available.
The one-room apartment with mezzanine:
The flat is located on the first floor of the manor house and is characterised by an intimate and romantic atmosphere.
Double room on the mezzanine, with exposed antique beams and floorboards and a skylight that gives the magic of the night moon.
Access to the loft via a wrought-iron spiral staircase.
Small living room with sofa bed and milk-white masonry kitchen.
Unique furnishing details: an antique teapot, a writing desk with a key, a cast-iron coat rack.
View of the inner garden, olive grove and private church on the property.
Independent air conditioning and heating.
Free Wi-Fi.
An authentic stay:
The farmhouse was bought by the grandfather in 1952 and was the family's country house for years. Carefully restored by his father, it now houses holiday flats with restored furnishings or custom-made by local craftsmen.
Additional services:
Quiet, family environment.
Quiet at night.
Breakfast on reservation.
Tourist information point.
Discreet presence and direct assistance from resident owners.
Natural shade from centuries-old olive trees by the pool, no artificial parasols.
What to visit in the surroundings:
