Emmanual & Torrence are very accomodating and pleasant as always. Only issue is the heater/a.c is old and hard to adjust. Hopefully new ones might be installed. Great hotel overall.

Check-in was a delight. The young gentleman who helped us was efficient, friendly and had a great smile. The room, as always, was clean and well-maintained. We stay 2 nights and the bed were made up on the second day nicely. The air conditioning could have been a wee bit cooler, and the hallways were very stuffy and hot. The breadfast was suffient enough to get us on our way. Thank you for a nice stay.

We enjoyed our stay at The Quality Inn, Peterborough and would stay there again. The building exterior does require some maintenance. The air conditioning worked very well, breakfast was tasty, and the staff were all very pleasant and accommodating.

Rude staff

Book a room last minute as my mom was in ICU at hospital and we live over an hour away. Hotel listed as pet friendly the front desk was rude to my husband say nope dog can’t come in. Told us to figure out the refund from Hotels.com. The front desk lacks any sort of human compassion. I’d never stay with the hotel chain again because of this experience.
