This is our second time staying in the past couple months…once for a sports trip and another for a school trip. We had accident double-booked and Expedia required the hotel to release the refund, which they did. Good breakfast, and great staff. Will most likely stay again whenever we are in Petoskey. Can’t compliment the staff enough!

This stay was pleasant until the family checked in above our room. The walls were so thin that we could hear every step. The family staying had children who ran about till 10pm and hit the ground running at 6:15am. It would have been a much more pleasant stay if we didn't hear everything with our neighbors.
