Me senti mal recepicionada, cheguei por volta de 11:40 hs fiquei na recepção aguardando meu check in 14 hs mas observei que um casal que chegou depois teve o check in iberado antes de mim... quanto HORRÍVEL lampadas quimadas, imóvel mal cuidado com rachaduras e cama dura.. um frio e mem para oferecerem um coberta a mais ... Não recomendo pelo valor pois tinham outros mais baratos e as acomodações melhores ... localização ruim... como fui em meu aniversário em um terça e voltava na quarta poderiam oferecer algo a mais... pois era durante a semana e na não tinha muitas coisa movimentada na cidade... FUI PARA CONHECER A CIDADE E AS ACOMODAÇÕES ME ATEMDERAM... MAS A CIDADE E O PASSEIO FOI ÓTIMO.

Café da manhã com alimentos velhos, o ovo com cheiro muito ruim em todos os dias. Quarto minúsculo, sem armário. Sem qualquer aviso no momento da compra sobre falta de armário, local para pets, calma solta balançando, tv de 20"... bem ruim. Parece quarto de sobra, muito menor que um quarto normal.

Café da manhã muito ruim: faltando café a todo momento, pois deu a impressão de só ter uma pessoa para repor, recolher vasilhames e limpar mesas. Guloseimas muito ruins, nada fresco e saboroso e super calóricas. Outra coisa: cadeiras e mesas brancas, de qualidade inferior, fora do padrão dos hotéis Ibes, misturadas com as padrão, dando aspecto ruim. Acesso a garagem dificílimo, com poucas vagas, sem controle se tinha vaga ou não, após subir uma rampa super íngreme. Localização do hotel péssima, muito afastado de tudo.
