We enjoyed this modern hotel in the city center with all the modern amenities and furniture. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient and generous. We also appreciated it’s location as it was walking distance to all of the attractions we wanted to visit in Petropolis. I would suggest to request a room in the upper floors or a room facing away from the street due to some noise from the traffic. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Nice hotel

Nice, modern, and comfortable hotel within walking distance to restaurants and attractions. Spacious room with separate bedroom and kitchen. Breakfast served at time requested. Small indoor pool always a good option for the kids. Convenient valet parking on-site for about $5 US per day. Only downside was city noises (alarms, cars, etc.) outside window pretty much all night long. Next time I will try a room on higher floor facing away from the street.

Great location, new

Good location, big rooms, noisy on 1st floor with parking garage bell ringing all night, the valcony facing the street has road noise and the light from outside hallway comes under the door where the bed faces directly. Ive stayed before in the larger rooms on higher floor where this isnt an issue. Breakfast to the room is a nice touch but clearlt prepared a few hours earlier so loses its freshness.

Muito bom!

Gostei muito do hotel, pretendo voltar. Os únicos pontos fracos são: chuveiro que não consegui pôr no quente de jeito nenhum, sugeriria colocar instruções para os hóspedes e o café da manhã, que como é servido no quarto veio pouca variedade e teve desperdício de coisas que eu e minha família não costumamos comer. Fora isso, atendimento cordial, rápido e eficaz!

O hotel é muito bem localizado, quartos confortáveis, roupas de cama e banho impecáveis, televisão grande, cama macia , tudo incrível ! Finalmente colocaram espelhos nos quartos , o que era uma única ressalva que eu sempre fazia pós estadias ! Desta vez, sentimos cheiro forte de mofo tanto no hall dos elevadores no 4º andar, quanto no nosso quarto , o que causou uma crise alérgica grave , com necessidade de uso de corticoide e ! Precisam resolver essa questão , já que o Hotel é afundado no meio de dois prédios , não batendo sol !
