▶ By car: Plenty of free parking on the streets around here, if you get here not too late. And easy access to all major highways to downtown, all sections of Philadelphia or even New York, Washington DC with only less than 5 minutes before you hit I-95.

Guest access:
Guests will have the entire apartment and private rooftop deck. Self check-in process makes getting in and checking out a breeze. The neighborhood and building are very safe, and there are three layers of security from the street to the apartment (on the third floor, same level of the rooftop deck).

Other things to note
▶ No smoking or vaping inside
▶ No pets allowed
▶ No events, parties, or large gatherings

Weekend rental required at least 2 nights minimum. But if you send me a message and guaranteed no partying I might be able to make exception for 1 night and discounted rate.

Note: Your safety matters. There is a smart doorbell security camera located next to the street gate facing out. It does not look into any interior spaces.
