Let me just start by saying I have NEVER left a negative review in my life but my experience at this hotel was just that bad. I will start with the positives; the hotel staff at the front desk were great, accommodated my request for a late check out and I did not see any bugs. The negatives; the hallways and room are run down, smelled musty and felt damp. The room and bathroom had wallpaper peeling off the walls, a hole in the wall, and the carpet looked like it had been there since 1970. The water pressure was so low I could barely wash my hands and brush my teeth. I wore my crocs in the shower because the shower floor was dirty. I stayed in room 525 and there was no microwave to heat up my food I bought with me and no refrigerator to keep my drinks cold. I called the front desk staff to see why there were none in the room because the website stated the room was equipped with them and I was told you had to request them. I did request to have each brought up to my room but ended up canceling the request after waiting a while because it was late, I was hungry and wanted to go to sleep so I ate my dinner cold. I finally got in the bed and discovered they do not have smart TV’s so you can only watch live TV programs via Direct TV. I felt like I was in a Motel 6 and could not believe they are booking rooms and charging the money they are for such an experience! Stay far away from this hotel if you want a nice and relaxing experience! They deserve 0 stars!

The property needs a remodel desperately. The gym equipment is dreadful, and the overall cleanliness of the common areas is poor. The floor is very slippery and greasy. The food at the sports bar is pretty good, and the service is good. They have one guy behind the bar running!!! He does bartending, waiting tables, running, food... everything. The room is pretty clean, the bed was ok, the carpet is sooo old and musky. The bathroom was clean but everything is just so used and torn that it feels wrong. The staff is trying to keep the place up but it needs some serious TLC.

The room was very dated and would be very hare to lake it look clean due too stains and worn spots. The front desk was friendly enough but I had to ask twice for a cot to be delivered which on the second time asking I was told we couldn’t have one do to having two beds in the room. I was okay with the answer, I would have just preferred someone calling and telling us instead of me having to ask twice.
