On arriving at the Philadelphia Airport, I phoned the Hotel on their local number provided by Embasshy Suites online. It was 11:30 at night and I was concerned about pickup times. I phoned three times with no answer. The third time the phone was answered but then put on hold without any warning. Fortunately the van came. On arrival at Embasskh Suiets I was given a room 236, went to the room only to discover that in the living room, the faucet in the small siink next to the coffee pot was running and would not turn off. The noise of water running was noticeable. I phoned the desk to notify them of this problem and was told, approximately, "O yes, we know of the problem. Its been that way for two days and they have yet to fix it. If you close the door to your bedroom you won't hear the sound and it will be OK. Sorry for the inconvenience." I was appauled that I hadn[t been told of this problem at check in and that the room had been rented with this known problem. By this time it was midnight, I was very tired after a long flight, and I just went to bed. Two things to note: yes I could hear the water flowing although I was so tired I did go to sleep, and by closing the door the temperature controls no longer registered what the tempertature was in my bedroom it being blocked off from air circulation from the rest of the suiete. I was comfortable enough, but the room became stuffy. All in all it was an unfortunate first time for me at the Embassy Suites Philadelphia.

well I was there 4 days and my room got cleaned once my entire stay. they double booked my room 2 times so I had people trying to get into my room at 2am on 2 ocasions . then there was the fire alarm at 2 am . coffe machine in my room didnt work either . I love the Hilton but worst stay I have ever had.

My sunroof was shattered in the parking lot in an attempt to steal. A staff member stated he saw a truck in front of my car a the alarm going off he just thought they “hit” it BUT no report was made to the front desk. This hotel has zero cameras to ensure guest safety. We were parked in the 1st spot closest to the building not even 20 steps. There is a gate with an arm an it’s paid parking you have to scan into but still no help could be given from the hotel no reimbursement offer to help in anyway just I’m so sorry. I feel like this was an inside job an I am being giving the run around. Very very upset I have to pay 5x the amount after spending less than 12 hours at this hotel. If you value safety this is not the hotel to stay at.

The staff didn’t clean my room the whole three nights I stayed there. I asked continuously. I also asked for towels. They said that they were washing them. There was a shortage so I had to wait on towels and honestly all the staff except for the guy at the front desk were rude.
