I would have liked the ice machine on my floor to work. I stayed in the Hilton Garden inn in Ridgefield Park, NJ the night before and found the same problem. Otherwise, loved this hotel.

They had a free omelette bar, which is simply unheard of at a hotel. Fantastic! It was a great stay but the only thing that was kind of odd was that I was there 3 nights and housekeeping never came.

Needs some updates

There was no soap at either sinks when we arrived. It took them 2 hours to bring it up. The show was very low pressure with only a very clogged up shower head. Stains on the shower floor. Breakfast was good.

I chose this property over others in the area because it advertised an indoor heated pool. The pool is too cold to be usable. Even children did not stay in. While there have been some superficial updates, there is more to be done. The staff was good. There were specialty omelets being made to order, but the rest of the breakfast is the same as everywhere else. I was told that the restaurant had great food, but it is very expensive and the only option.
