the young lady who checked me in Saturday was super nice the overnight front desk guy was very rude and short answered also he called my room speaking rudely to me.also they had kid hockey team staying that was allowed to run around the building all day

The room was unavailable or clean when I arrived at check in. Lack of communication . I reach out to check on the room status until two hours in someone at the front desk told me my room was ready.There is mold in the bathroom and the wallpaper has dirty spots.
