We were greeted and welcomed so warmly ! We were quickly assisted and given an early check in for our room. The gym was spotless and had a great variety of equipment. Breakfast was delicious. Check out was quick and easy. Great location!

Staff were very pleasant and courteous. However, the hotel seemed to be unable to provide basic needs. For example, there were no extra blankets and I was cold. They were unable to provide coffee for the in-room coffeemaker. In addition, the furniture was uncomfortable and poor quality. Finally, I expect my room cleaned everyday; here, it was every other day. We would not recommend, nor stay there again.

The property is beautiful, the rooms nice, but the lack of parking at a major hotel is sad. Great deal on a beautiful hotel room that I would do again even with the parking issue.
