The room ran out of shampoo and body wash. Room was loud and front desk was not willing to help us switch rooms. They said hotel is fully booked but it was actually not.

There is no better place to stay if you've got an event at the convention center. It's so convenient and the price is very fair. We were pleasantly surprised at how well it worked out.

The staff were rude. It was like you were bothering them to do their jobs. The pillowcases and sheets were rough and scratchy. I had to call down at 3:30 pm to get our room cleaned. There was no parking. The garage next door was too low for a pick up truck. Trying to ask the staff where to park was like pulling teeth, My husband's sunglasses were stolen from his backpack where we stored our luggage after check out. I do not recommend this property.

Quick and easy check in. Literally the fastest checkin I’ve ever experienced. Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Parking is convenient but not part of the hotel. Pro tip: if you’re able, find nearby parking that offers discounted $10 parking 6pm-6am and just move your car after. Being in the city center, everything was within walking distance. The top floor restaurant was a godsend as all nearby spots had a long wait when we decided to eat later in the evening. Prices were fair for the quality of food offered. Earned Hilton reward points nearly every time we walked out of the elevator. I have no complaints. I’d stay there again.
