Horrible experience

When I opened the door it smelt like paint. (Check in at 3pm)When I got there I was exhausted from the drive. I sat in the room thinking it would go away. It didnt. I went down stairs to the front desk to inform them and was told that there were no rooms available that was in the same style as i had. She advised me to wait till the morning and let the morning staff person know. I had a meeting in the morning and was unable to stop by before i left. When I got back later that evening I went straight to the room since i was tired. Had to go back down to let them know that the I need more towels since the shower had sprayed all over and I had to clean up. At that time i told the person about the room and he was unable to find a room as well. The next day same thing but this time i realized when i got back there was no room service after being there for almost 3 days. He apologized and gave me more towels for that night. I did stay and had to take some medication so that i could get rid of the headache from the smell. Its a good thing that i was out the room most of the day. I was very surprised with this service knowing that it was a Hilton hotel and I expected it to be better then what it was.

My family and I stayed a weekend at this hotel and completely love the hotel. It was clean safe near lots of stores for shopping. It’s also near restaurants and a movie theater but if you don’t want to leave the property they have onsite option for breakfast and dinner. The staff was friendly. We would definitely stay again

We had a nice and convenient stay. There were snack options with a self checkout. Bar and restaurant on property- food was ok. The shuttle service they offered was super easy to get to the expo center and even to dinner near by. Would stay again.

Winter convention stay

Great service but be careful which room you get. The first one had so much mold and mildew in bathroom that we had to switch rooms due to allergies. Restaurant was closed on Sunday but we had a very nice breakfast. They did a good job of clearing snow and keeping lobby clean and friendly. Everything is cash less so don't forget your credit card.

Good place

This is a good place to stay. My only issues was 2 things. 1) pillows were way to soft and the refrigerator despite being on a low setting froze the items in the fridge. Overall was a good stay.
