This really is a great place to stay if you’re planning on going to any of the sports venues or seeing a concert. It’s a 30 minute walk to each of them which is very convenient. I will say the staff was trying to be accommodating but I was placed in a room at 4pm that was yet to be turned down, then moved to another room that was already occupied until finally the third room was available. Fine stay overall but this was a bit of a pain.

Great place to stay!

We came in, with tons of others, for the My Chemical Romance concert. Even though there were a lot of people checking in at the same time, staff was quick, efficient, and friendly. The room was really nice and clean, and the beds are comfortable. Great stay!

Solid hotel for the price

The room was perfect. One queen bed, room AC, a hot shower with good water pressure, a mini fridge and a tv. Breakfast was...fine. For the price of the breakfast I expected a little more, but it did the job. Over all, good experience. Everyone there was very pleasant!

We stayed in mid July for a concert at Wells Fargo. The location is perfect for concerts there and many other people were were attending Phillies games. The room was very spacious, tidy, and clean. The bed was extremely comortable. However the check in process and general arrival to the hotel was less than ideal. There was a line of concert and sports ball game attendees in line waiting to check in for over 45 minutes. The events were all at 5:45-6p start time, and there was simply not enough time. Check in started at 4p and it took 45 minutes for us to get to the desk to check in. Leaving us with little time to get into the room, change, etc, after travelling all day. Most people in line were very upset with the lack of planning and service on the hotel's side, I can only assume that the staff knew of the multiple events going on in the area. Other than that experience, the hotel was nice and we would stay again without an event with time constraints, concrete plans, etc.

Worse hotel experience

This was the worse experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. There was no parking. We rode around the lot 4 times and finally left. Never even got to the room. The staff was not helpful at all. $15 charge for parking that was nonexistent
