The hotel was overall nice however I was disappointed to find that there are no handicap accessible accommodations for showering. I was unable to request a shower chair as the staff stated the do not carry those as people shower in their wheelchair and that is impossible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone needing special accommodations.

July 4, 2025 Family Weekend Gathering

The only negative that I can say about my stay is that the air conditioning was not working in the lobby. Also, no one told me when I signed in that room service would not be daily. I loved the 24 hour coffee and tea bar. However, since it was summer, a 24 hour fruit infused ice water station would have been nice.

OMG the front desk employee who took care of me was fantastic (sorry I forgot her name) she definitely deserves a huge raise very friendly informative and a great personality great representation of this hotel. It's a bit tricky to find using Google maps you drive by it before you realize the parking garage next door is really the best place to park Location across from the reading terminal market is perfect Lived the place would stay there again rooms were nice no complaints

Nice size room but it was not the cleanest. There were stains on the curtains and bed sheets. The lobby was extremely warm and the line for food in the morning was extremely long to wait in the heat. The staff were very sweet

For a Hilton, this hotel is not the standard that the customers expect. When I checked in, the desk attendant conveniently said that the hotel has NO parking. How does a hotel like HILTON is made without its own parking? Even if the hotel does not have its own parking system, then they should atleast validate their customers parking! The $63 parking expense for 24 hours was EXPENSIVE and very inconvenient. Furthermore, the hotel does not have a fan inside the bathroom. How is it that a hotel like HILTON does not have fans in its bathrooms? Mind you, it was not just a regular room that I was staying in. It was a room + Kitchenette and they don’t have this basic amenity. This place is really a rip off.

Home 2 truly feels like that. From the size of the rooms, the large TV, the as comfortable as you'd expect from a bed and coych used bu many people, the larhe fridge, the microwave. A true suite. Breakfast is basic but fresh fruit and the delectable egg bites. Reading Terminal directly across and if therr for a convention, the ease to the center. Highly recommend.

We had booked a different hotel in Philly that had similar review ratings as this one. But that hotel was horrible when we arrived to find it was falsely advertised. The only issue with this place was that their AC was out in the lobby that day and though we had a reservation, our room still was not ready at check-in time. We waited for 30 minutes and they kindly upgraded our room. Everything there was nice except that a drink machine was broken at breakfast. The place was sold out and very crowded that weekend.

I wish they had ice water along with hot water and coffee in the lobby. Breakfast area was chaotic and the kitchen couldn't keep up with the flow of the customers. Parking was offsite, so it as not very convenient.
