Got stranded at the PHL airport Monday evening and needed somewhere to stay. I was going to sleep in the airport but around 11pm I changed my mind and was able to get a room. It’s reasonably priced, close to the airport, and my room was clean and comfortable. TV was a little outdated, and the airport shuttle doesn’t run as frequently at night. Ended up taking an uber which cost around $45 at that time of night. But the morning shuttle was much better.

Room was okay, breakfast was fine. Hallway could be cleaned more, coffee cup was sitting on window ceil for a couple of days. Plastic toys was near elevators for a couple days. Clean hallways more

The bed and cleanliness of the room were very good. The refigerator made so much noise when running that I unplugged it, There was a clean water leak from the toilet (made a 1 ft^2 puddle), and the security latch for the door was broken. The breakfast was not near as good as at Hampton the day before.

Horrible experience. This hotel is run down into the ground. Water stained tiles in the hallways. Stains on all the carpet. Broken out elevator lights. Busted up windows. All the hotel room doors had about 1-2 inches of gaps between the floor. The room was filthy. Hairs all over the bathroom counter and floor. Tub wasn’t clean, sink wasn’t clean, built in soap and shampoo dispenser was covered in soap and shampoo and stains. Just an all around disgusting and horrible experience. Although I will say that the bed linens were thankfully clean. Hot water was barely working. AC in the room didn’t work. Someone threw up all over the parking lot and no one bothered to hose it down. I have a chronic illness and had been traveling all day. When I arrived, I was so exhausted I couldn’t do much other than lay down. When I woke up, I realized the AC wasn’t working and found out about the shower. Instead of trying to offer me a price adjustment the front desk told me I should have told them last night, so I would have been moved into another filthy room while being so exhausted and run down. Horrible experience all around 0/10. Don’t waste your money here. Can’t believe hotels are allowed to scam like this.
