My checking was handled professionally, with a smile, and I was asked if I wanted a high floor room or low. Of course I went with high! In addition, I was asked if I wanted a casino card which my response was yes. My room was clean and the city view nice. All was good with this booking and stay. I'd return!

The hotel was mostly ok. Not a lot of dining options only had one restaurant. The room was clean, however, the bed was too low, it wasn't ccomfortable to get in and out. The bathroom especially the shower was horrible. The bathroom area itself is nice and spacious. The shower was the opposite. Very small and crammed, the water pressure was way too strong. There was a weird bench that took up even more space in the already tiny shower area. The only thing closing it was a flimsy curtain that did nothing to contain the water from spilling out onto the bathroom floor. Horrible experience in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and nice and everything was clean.

i got charged double for the stay. I’m trying to recoup $600 because I paid Expedia when I booked the hotel and then the hotel charged me again when I showed up. Neither the hotel nor Expedia help chat could help me resolve this as of yet.

WARNING Not kid friendly

I don’t write reviews at all. Took 13 yo grandson to a Phillies game. Informed at check in he could basically be in the room and escorted to one restaurant in the entire place.

This casino resort is a great choice when in Philadelphia. If you are attending an MLB or NFL game, this is the place to stay. Easy walk to both stadiums and the casino is clean.
