The room was fine. Front desk reception not very friendly. The part that upset me the most was being told at check in that they charge $10 a night for parking ! I have never heard that before. I’m sorry but I am paying good money for a room I shouldn’t have to pay for parking.

The room was fine, the staff was courteous but now overly so. The big complaint was the so-called continental breakfast. All it was, was bread, bagels, and a machine rhat spit out little silver dollar pancakes. No fruit, no juices, coffee that was mediocre. I doubt I will stay here again.

Definitely won’t be staying there again. The incorrect card was charged although they were provided the proper information. I had to ask for housekeeping every day I was here. The first day no one came. The second day someone grabbed the trash, dragged it across the hallway so it spilled which they never cleaned up, dropped off towels doused in cologne smell, and never made the beds at all. The neighbors were so loud all hours of the night and morning. There was a car out front BLASTING music until 2:30 am the first night with no one asking them to turn it down despite requests. It’s a major truck stop so the noise is crazy in the morning for that too. The beds are cardboard and pillows are a few pieces of fluff. The shower fan was broken, which made the entire room musty and Moby smelling consistently. The shower curtain rod was hung upside down so the shower curtain wouldn’t even close all the way allowing water to pour out like crazy if you weren’t incredibly careful.

Our stay with pleasant, the room was clean and the beds are comfortable. We only had one towel for two people so had to request one and they gave us three. The only negative was the continental breakfast was very minimal and was not ready for their 6:30 time. There were no condiments out for the bagels and no hot food. The condiments came out later.

This is probably my first negative review on Expedia in the past 20 years. The hotel itself is slightly outdated but still clean, so I am oksy with that. You get what you pay for. However, the service I received was not as pleasant. Mainly for two reasons: 1) We arrived early, about 45 mins earlier than the check in time. I kindly asked if our room was ready and if it was could we please have a early check in. The answer I got "yes your room is ready but you need to pay a $25 fee". I do understand that they have the total rights to do so. BUT, in my past 28 years of traveling (avaerage about four trips a year), not one hotel had ever asked for an early check in fee. Either the room was not ready then I would patiently wait for it to be ready. Or if it was ready, I would let in. Just because you can charge a fee doesn't mean you should. This is a matter of customer experience. 2) after we got into our room, my kids tried to watch TV. It didn't have signal. So I made a call to the front desk. The lady (same lady at the check in) told me to wait on the line. 15 mins later I was still on hold. Finally I decided to hang up and physically went down to the front desk myslef. What did I find out? There was no customer at the front desk to check in or ask questions. Further more, this lady wasn’t even near the front desk. I had to yell "execuse me" several times before she headed out from the back (maybe a back office).
