Avoid

Had to change rooms because of the cigarette smoke permeating the room. Next room wasn't as bad until someone in the next unit started smoking. Smelled so bad, sinuses started to hurt. Miscellaneous stains everywhere. Bug carcases in the bathtub and a used coffee pod leftover in the maker. Bathroom door knob busted.

This is the second I have stayed here. I choose this location because it’s five minutes from the Eagles and Phillies stadium. Easy pick up for Lyft and Uber.

Room was filthy. Lamp shades were all broken, outlets didn’t work. Very strong smell of cigarettes and weed. As we were leaving we check under the bed to see if we left anything and found a used crack pipe.

Solid spot in Philly!!

The room was big, open, and comfortable especially the bed. I also liked how the bathroom was set up. Everything was relatively clean. The staff made the experience even better: the guy at check in and the lady at checkout were both quick, efficient, and very friendly. Parking is only $10 a day, which in Philly is cheap, and the location is great out of the way enough to be quiet, but still just a short drive into all the fun. Definitely will stay here again next time I’m in the city.

The overnight front desk person was delightful and very personable. Check in was easy. For an extended stay room there was only 1 small trash can by the desk, none in the kitchen or bathroom. The shower was a disgrace. Almost no water came out of the shower head. To get any water at all you had to lean into the wall and couldn’t adequately shower. I didn’t discover this until I woke up and had to be leaving my room in less than 30 minutes so didn’t have time to change rooms. I did report the issue at checkout. The closet had candy wrappers in the floor so Zi did not have much faith in the overall cleanliness.

I really don't understand how the owners / managers have such disregard for the condition of the property and rooms. It is basically like a run down apartment complex. The room was pretty banged up with cigarette stains everywhere on the sink, counters, even the bathtub which was stained, and the shower didn't even work. The vents were thick with dust and mold, the pillows were the cheapest, flat, and uncomfortable you could ever find and the bedding was thin cheap polyester. The carpet was stained and dirty, and the staff seemed bored, unattentive, and kind of annoyed that they had to welcome guests. Outside the pool was shut down, a few trashy charcoal barbecues were tossed in one area, and it was pretty plain. The free breakfast was about as minimal as you can find anywhere and overall everywhere you look they cut corners. I won't ever go back.

The carpets are horribly stained and very sticky. There were lots of flying bugs in the room and I had several bug bites when I woke up. The room STANK of smoke, not just a little but soaked in cigarette, cigar, weed and whatever ever else could be burnt. Wife woke up with nose bleed from the smell. They have a sign saying theycharge for smoking in the room, can I charge them for that absolute stank we endured. There’s a Sheraton next door, spend the extra few dollars. Never again!!

At first we thought this was a great location. 2 seperate bedrooms and bathrooms and a kitchen. Once we checked in we quickly noticed that one of the toilets would not flush, there was no remote control for the TV in the living room, and the microwave had no power. We contacted the front desk and nothing was done. The next day we contacted the fromt desk again with the same issues, still nothing was done. When we came back later in the day, one of the bedroom doors was locked as if someone had been in there. Went to the front desk again about issues in room and was told that the maintenence man doesn't speak English. None of the issues were ever addressed. When I got back home and unpacked, I realized my wallet was missing. I called the hotel and was told the housekeepers dont speak English, but they would check, never asked for my contact info. I called back again to see if anyone turned in my wallet and it was if I was bothering them. It was all very shady. Also, the bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in and never repaired. The tubs looked as if they needed replacement with large sections of porcelain missing exposing brown underneath. The only reason I didnt give an even worse score is because all things considered, the room itself was fairly clean.

Worst hotel in the country, and I’ve stayed at a lot of them. AC not working so room was 84 degrees. Maintenance called but sent to “wrong room” by person at front desk. Bathroom fan disgusting and had not been cleaned in a while. TV remote would not shut off tv or change volume. Entry way was a marijuana forest and room smelled the same. Absolutely disgusting place. No customer service.
