The hotel was perfect for my needs. It was right next to the airport and was clean. The front desk was available for a late check-in and answered all of my questions. I had initially booked the hotel because it had free parking, however I was told when I was checking-in that parking is $10 a day. I would have appreciated being told of that prior to check-in, but it was not a nuance for me.

The rooms were like stand alone units. All large and quiet. The facilities were kept very well. I feel I got a lot for what I paid for the room.

The room was very large and clean. Very impressed with this accommodation especially because the price was so reasonable. My only suggesting would to have more than one person at the front desk. The employee was trying to handle multiple guest (who were in a hurry) and answer the phone at the same time. He did a great job doing this, but I just felt he could have used a little help when needed.

Nice one room suite for the money

Overall good value, but the housekeeper HAD to recognize the door hinge plate had come off the frame as the door clearly was misaligned and difficult to close. A simple fix of reinstalling the plate, with longer screws if stripped, would have been simple for maintenance to take care of prior to next renters (us).

Room smelled of cigarette smoke. Iron was broken. Sink clogged, stains in carpet, plugs on work station non-functioning (yes, the unit was plugged into the wall into a working outlet), huge gouge on refrigerator. We were here for a wedding and chose to pay a little extra for a suite and got a tired, bad room. Staff was nice and offered to help, as we were leaving.

A/C barely worked. Beds not comfy. Room was not sound proof. Noisy neighbors banging on their door to get in. Sounded like they were trying to break into our room.

The room itself wasnt bad at all - everything worked as intended and the bed was clean, but one of the two toilet paper rolls had been wet with something yellow and soaked to the roll. The whole reason i booked this hotel was for the included breakfast and that experience was very poor. Selection was very slim and even thing the waffle batter was only available 2/3 days of my stay and coffee was only there one day. The "fresh" bread items were very dry and the milk products had been left out to sour. I got sick my second day trying to eat cereal and not realizing the milk had turned. Parking is lacking at the office but otherwise every room has close parking, but the building seems like it used to be an apartment complex so there are no elevators to access top floors.
