It did a decent enough job - it was really just old. The bathroom, especially the tub was in rough shape. Not dirty, but it didn't look good. The bed was not comfy. I expected more from the suite we stayed in. No way to change the temperature in the rooms. It was a bare bones type of suite. Not horrible. Not good.

if you just need a place to rest your head, it’s fine. I don’t know why they have rooms with kitchens, etc. because there’s only dishes for one person. They charge you to park which most hotels have free parking and the cleanliness of this hotel needs a lot of work! We do events in Philadelphia quite often throughout the year, but we will not be staying at this hotel anymore. It was very disappointed.

There were some minor communication issues but the manager was very helpful and able to resolve all issues. The rooms were nice and comfortable and breakfast was included. For the price I would definitely come back everything else I was looking for close the the Philadelphia convention center was way more expensive and was not you got

The staff was the best part of my stay. You truly get what you pay for. My NONSMOKING room reeked of smoke, it was hard for my group and I to sleep because of loud neighbors, and the coffee maker was dirty when we opened it to use it (we ended up not using it because of this). Hopefully things will get better over time but take your precautions. For the price, it wasn't bad.

Dirty room! Stains on carpet and couch. Splatter marks on walls. Smelled of cigarettes. Moved room and still smelled of cigarettes. First room had noticeable water stain on county bathroom with mold. Shower head did not function properly. Very misleading for price charged.
