I booked a two night stay and chose this place based on its location. It's central to the heart of Philadelphia and you can almost walk everywhere. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom was spotless. The staff is friendly and was accommodating to my needs. It's an old building so it's been remodeled to stay up to date. It didn't bother me but I heard the conversations of people walking down the street from my room on the third floor well after midnight. I would definitely stay here again.

Great for the price.

Our stay was good, the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast exceeded my expectations. The hotel is located right in the middle of downtown so...no onsite parking! Our room was generally clean and comfortable except we were very cold during the night, we couldn't figure out how to turn up the thermostat.

Tiny foot print with big return

Looked for ever city hotel with access to Wells Fargo center via the orange line. Tiny building wedged into store fronts. well renovated older building with very nice lay out for guests room. Modern bathroom. No broken or worn-out fixtures. Staff very helpful and eager to please

Aside from enjoying our stay, we loved the fact that there was a parking garage directly across the street that provided and "in-and-out" rate for hotel guests. That could not have been more convenient. We will be back on our next visit to Philadelphia.
