Hotel Issues

Had to call the hotel after waiting 1/2 hr. for shuttle. The room was freezing when we got in. Poor channel selection on the tv. TV controller was difficult to use, lousy RF signal.

Room needs a new mattress

Room 211 Middle of bed mattress is broken on the left side, you sink so side sleeping was impossible. I ended up sleeping on the pull out. Ceiling in bathroom is falling down. Appears to have been an attempt to patch it but there is water leaking from somewhere. Shower pressure was amazing! Toilet handle needed to be jiggled to stop it from draining all night. USB connections in left side lamp did not work. No grip so the plugs would not always keep a connection. Shuttle bus ran on time which was nice.
