On December 9th, I stayed in Room 408. It was a nice experience. So much so, I booked a 2nd day for a friend to stay at my expense as a gift. I kept the same room, asked the front desk to ensure room is cleaned and reset for the 2nd day. My friend arrived late at on 12/9, tired after a long travel day, only to come to a room that was never cleaned and never touched by housekeeping. She attempted to call the front desk four different times, no one answered the phone at the front desk. She was too tired to come downstairs again, so she just slept in the sofa bed. My friend had to sleep in an unclean room never touched by housekeeping. Unacceptable. I believe a refund for this night or a night's stay (credit) is appropriate and in order. Customer service is everything.
