Room reeked of cigarettes. Maybe I got a smoking room idk. I didn’t complain and just smoked in the room. The bathtub had that ground in dirt like they didn’t know how to clean it right. The carpet was greasy and so dark. not sure if it originally looked that way or was just really old. Breakfast was meager but what actually annoyed me is my second day there was no coffee. my biggest complaint was there was something wrong w the tv like it would suddenly turn on to this black screen and then turn back off w this rip noise. It kept me up all night even w earplugs. I even unplugged everything I could reach my last night but it still did it! I don’t mind cheap hotels and didn’t even complain but I should have. The location was actually really great but I saw 2 other hotels at this price point that I’m sure would have been better.

Najay was the young man whom check me in. He was friendly and and willing to help with any request outside of check in. Jay the night auditor was so funny and friendly. I was afraid to walk outside at 5am to my car and he walked with me to my car. Jay and Najay represented sleep in customer service and excellent 100%. However the breakfast was Disappointing; Sleep-In is known for there continental breakfast. The information about parking is inaccurate. The fee for parking is $35 not $25. The parking attendant was very intentional about his job and parking. I thought it was included in my payment when I paid online only to find out that was not the case. Customer alert there is an additional fee if you pay with credit card.

The Good: The staff were nice and friendly. Air conditioning was good. You are a 4 minute walk from the Convention Center, The Marketplace, and other amenities. Rooms need to be upgraded. The Bad: The carpet is horribly dirty. The hotel is dinghy. The elevator went out, and I had to climb 6 flights. I went down 6 flights of stairs with luggage because no one bothered to say that the elevator was working again.

The location of this hotel makes it great for waking around central Philadelphia. It could use some extra cleaning especially to the carpet.

There were no bedbugs. The linens were clean, but stained. The elevator was broken. Parking was not included and was $35 a day. Located in China town.

The front desk staff was super friendly. The girl at the desk even offered her umbrella to use but we decided to take an Uber. The room was clean andchad everything we needed. The continental breakfast was kinda minimal but it was enough to get us by. I'd stay here again. If you're on a budget you dont have to worry that you're staying in a dump.

Hotel room was fine. No peep hole on door, air conditioner lid was broken, almost completely out of tissues and toilet paper but whatever. The reason I gave it rating I did was due to the very rude employee the morning I needed to quickly grab breakfast and check out. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6 am. 6:20, the lights were still off and nothing was out. He was in no rush when I said I had to leave soon. Same employee I then had to call to come to front desk to allow me to check out. I won't return to this place.
