I loved the convenient location to the cultural district. The facilties were clean and well run, the staff friendly and efficient. My only complaint is that it was impossible to control the room temperature. I was told the system was in neutral mode, no AC or heat. I was there from Oct 16 thru the 21st and was uncomfortable with room temp of 70 ish when outside temps ranged from 67 daytime, to 48 at night. With my first complaint they provided a space heater which was not only dangerous, but ineffective as well. With my 2nd complaint they provided a blanket. That definitely helped at night, but the room was still uncomfortable during the day. After running the space heater nonstop for 4 days the room temp increased to 75. Very disappointed with that aspect of my stay; any guest would reasonably expect to be able to control the room temperature for their own personal comfort.

The hotel turned off the AC without letting guests know. We slept in 75 degrees and the only way to cool things down were opening doors then bugs came in. I will not stay here again.

I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, i wasn't aware or told about it during check in. The room was a little dated from the last room i stayed in. Balcony was nice but room needs updating. Bed was worn in and hard. Room was cold. Overall, the staff was so nice and friendly..Check in and out was a breeze. I love staying at the Windsor but may choose a better room next time.

We stayed in a two-bedroom suite for two nights, and the shower in the master bathroom was disgusting. There was also food under the couch in the living room. On top of that, there were bugs in common area near the kitchen - we saw at least two critters.

The room was NOT ready. There was still trash in the can, ice bucket un the middle of the table, and grease spot on the counter. I always reserve my hotel through expedia and the lame excuse the hotel front desk was that the room was not ready because it was reserved through Expedia.

The room was generally very, very good. Just a few things...dusty countertop, some minor other things that could have been "spiffed up." The shower curtain was about 8 inches too long, so it made the shower a bit less than very good. If you enjoy a particular room temperature, it cannot be controlled in individual rooms (but it was not uncomfortable).

I really loved my stay at The Windsor Suites in Philadelphia. The staff were super friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The whole place was spotless, and our room was way bigger than we expected seriously great value for what we paid. The vibe throughout the hotel felt great too relaxed but professional. The location was perfect. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, so we barely had to use the car the entire trip. The only downside was the air conditioning system. It seems like it’s a two-way system that only blows hot or cold depending on the outside temperature, so since it was a bit colder out, it only blew warm air. We like the room cooler, so we had to crack the window open to sleep comfortably the first night. Other than that, everything was amazing. Beautiful room, great location, awesome staff, and overall an excellent stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Philly!
