This place is not appropriate for tourist who just want to visit phnom penh and nothing else( if you know what meanl) and familly.
Just to illustrate you could litterarly hear your neibourgh, beds and walls cracking.
I found woman hair spread here and there and when i asked to have to room cleaned they pretended to have done it and didn't. Had to come twice to have it sorted.
Residence 110 is a well-located, clean and reasonably priced hotel. However, the inconvenience of having only one elevator for 14 floors occasionally leads to extended wait times. Additionally, the room doors' poor noise isolation, akin to cardboard, allows sounds from the corridor to disrupt your sleep, especially when doors are closed forcefully. Despite these considerations, I would still rate my experience a solid 8 out of 10.
The hotel is in a very good location, close to the river, restaurants and Royal Palace. Our room was on the 8th floor, modern, clean and quiet with good wifi. Suggestions for improvement would be to add at least one luggage stand, and more shelves and hooks. Also, adding hand soap, hand towels plus a hook for towels on the bathroom door would do wonders. Finally, having a thick and thin pillow would accommodate both side and back sleepers. Overall recommended.
Clean room small but could see the river out the window. I paid for a balcony but it was so small it was a joke and opened up into a building. It was second floor. Do not upgrade to balcony on second floor. I had a great stay here. Very active location.
