Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time and could not recommend the property more! The two master suites were exactly as described and our family of 5 adults definitely enjoyed having their own space. The kitchen was fully stocked and all of the rooms were very comfortable. The backyard oasis was absolutely stunning and we took full advantage of it most days. We hope to have the opportunity to return to this beautiful home!

Another fabulous vacation in Paradise

This is my 5th vacation at this wonderful property. It is the most relaxing place I have ever been fortunate enough to stay in with a wonderful private garden, swimming pool and jacuzzi. The property has every amenity on site that I need. It is close to supermarkets, stores and restaurants. The property manager, Teresa, is wonderful to work with and is always very responsive and helpful. I am already looking forward to coming on my next vacation.

Beautiful large home with a nice shaded pool. Had a lovely time and any time we ran into an issue the property manager was very quick to solve the issue.

Unfortunate problem with mothball/musty odor

Friends traveling to Scottsdale for a wedding. Chose this property for location and outdoor pool and hot tub. Great outside/issues inside: The property is in a great location & on a golf course. The outdoor space & amenities are very nice & well appointed. Indoors, the house had a strong odor of mothballs emanating from a storage area. The smell permeated the entire house & lingered in our clothing. Screens on doors all ripped so difficult to air out the house. We notified management immediately upon arrival, but the issue was not dealt with during our stay. The property manager was very responsive on all requests, but the owners did not make any gesture to compensate for the issue. The indoors is in need of work/upkeep. Fortunately, the weather was ideal & we spent the majority of our time outdoors. I rely on reviews before renting on VRBO. I would not recommend this home unless the indoor area is free of any smell or mustiness.

nice, clean, great location, great pool.

This house was in the best location if you like hiking, shopping, and bumming around. it was perfect for this. The master suite bed was sooo comfortable! The large space was great for a family with teens. Very spacious. the layout of the house is great. There were also fruit trees so it was fun to squeeze fresh lemon in to water every day. My only negative feedback was the house smells like mothballs too much. I bought spray, but our clothes still smelled when we came home. The smell took away from the house. I wish we could have opened the windows to air it out. We also paid extra to heat the hot tub, but it was tepid at best. The pool was always warmer. But the pool was heated perfectly.

relaxation time

Backyard pool area was super nice. Very relaxing. Enjoyed sitting out by the pool and the palm trees drinking our morning coffee. Rooms were nice and spacious. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. It was a great house to stay in for a few days. Will definitely recommend to other friends and family

Great Getaway!

The property was clean and welcoming upon arrival. We found one of the air conditioners weren’t working. I got in touch with Teresa and within the hour a maintenance worker came and resolved the issue. Teresa, the property manager, was very nice and easy to reach. This was everything we were looking for
 peaceful and relaxing! Definitely will look to stay here again!

Loved this paradise

I absolutely loved this house. It had plenty of room and an absolutely gorgeous large yard. We were in the city but it felt so private! There aren’t too many homes that I would like to rent again
 But this is definitely one of them. You can’t go wrong.

Biggest disappointment ever!

This property was so disappointing we actually left and rented a beautiful VRBO around the corner. Bare bones and uncomfortable. One tv in the entire house, mold in the showers. Very strict only heat the pool from 9-4, only can use the hot tub from 5-9 for a significant daily fee. It was so nothing we weren’t going to ruin our vacation so we just paid for the other house rather than stay there.

Great house please add heaters

The house is beautiful. Can’t say a bad thing about it other then for the price of the house the heaters for pool and spa should be able to be on all day. I was their for work and would have loved to have more pool and spa time. But because of limited heater time I only enjoyed for maybe 30 minutes my whole trip. For the price being charged I definitely think this should be upgraded. Other then that it’s a great home.

My friends and I recently stayed in this house and absolutely loved it. The house was than the pictures and we loved every minute of it. The house is significantly larger than the picture portray. and the layout is. We went the first weekend in November and the weather was amazing. We spent the evening outside enjoying the pool and spa and grilling awesome dinners. Teresa the owner was great to deal with and answered all of my, many many, questions quickly. I highly recommend the Concierge service. Christina helped us book all of out golf, a private chef for a 50th birthday dinner and the pre arrival shopping was exactly what we needed. We arrived to a fully stocked house were ready to relax. I can not thank Teresa and Christina enough. You made our trip amazing. I will definitely be renting house again and referring friends.

Oasis!

Absolutely stunning property. Several Private little nooks for couples. Beautiful pool and yard for family time and meals outside! Abundant citrus trees on property. Absolutely staying here again on our next trip to Scottsdale! Thank you Host! You were the best! - The Simons
