This is a truly beautiful home. The home features thick walls, massive doors and beautiful furniture accented with wonderful tile mosaics.The kitchen facilities, inside and outside, could easily host a large party.. The property was incredibly clean and the owner was a pleasure to work with. The home exceeded my expectation and I hope to rent it again.

Had the most amazing stay! The host was extremely responsive and had everything in order for us when we arrived. The home was clean and the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped with everything we needed to make it a cozy home away from home experience. The backyard patio seating, lighting, fire pit, outdoor kitchen, hot tub, and pool were just what my mother and sisters needed to make it an unforgettable Arizona family getaway!

Great family vacation

We enjoyed a week in Fountain Hills with easy access to great hiking and and a wonderful home to relax. The kitchen and outdoor cooking space provides ample room for family meals. Amazing sunrise and sunset views.

Great place to stay

My wife and I stayed at this home for 5 days and we would definitely stay here again. It was beautiful home that had everything that one would need. The outside pool and hot tub and outside kitchen were very nice with great views. The home was very clean, and the property management company was very easy to deal with and checked in to make sure everything was going well.

The location, property, and views were perfect. There were only a few problems: the garbage disposal did not work, which caused the sink and dishwasher to back up. & the 130 per day pool heating fee was steep, in my opinion. I have difficulty believing we used 650 in electricity during our 5-day stay.

Long Weekend Escape

Great location near hiking trails and other drivable activities within 30 minutes. Very unique house with Spanish architecture and high end amenities. Took some time to figure out how to use heating system through nest but ultimately figured it out. Host was very responsive to messaging.

Total Quiet and Comfort

This was our second stay at this property. It is a lovely home in a very quiet area with a great, Sunny pool. There are nice views of the surrounding ridges and hills.The home was very clean and is stocked with everything one needs for a restful, comfortable stay. The veranda adjacent to the the pool is outstanding and wonderful for resting and dining al fresco. We look forward to returning here again!

I’ve rented many homes in Fountain Hills, this one stands out for many reasons. You enter and feel the welcoming warmth of this home. It’s really beautiful. Lots of room and great separation of space. Quiet neighborhood, property borders natural land. Pool is very nice. Loved the outdoors kitchen ❀

Lovely house, disappointing service

The property is lovely. Very welcoming on arrival with lighting etc. lounge, kitchen and pool area particularly good. A shame the front door is not used by as part of the property appeal. We had issues immediately with a blown fuse affecting lighting etc, pool unheated and jacuzzi not heating. In addition the instructions for the house were not detailed enough for international customers. If you are not American there's stuff you wouldn't automatically know. Despite many attempts through text, email, vrbo and the coast to cactus chat from day of arrival no acknowledgement was received for the fuse, pool or jacuzzi issued, eventually on our 4th day and after much correspondence a man was sent to fix the fuse, pool and jacuzzi! By this point we only had a couple of days of our trip left and this low level of service is unacceptable for a property rental of this value. The service from Coast to Cactus really poor and frustrating. Our holiday was lesser because of it and we had a very disappointed family. We chose this property because of the outside space and facilities and could have chosen one without these for a cheaper price. We would like to be compensated for the issues.

Quiet comfort in a beautiful Arizona home.

7 wonderful days in this beautiful home with my wife, son, daughter, and grandson. Enjoyed pool and Sun. Comfortable & quiet solitude. True South-West, American desert escape. Well stocked home; lovely out-door BBQ/kitchen and shaded patio. Nice pool. Wonderful neighborhood in the hills above Fountain Hills. Colorful landscaping; beautiful tile-work inside & outside.
