All The Comforts of Home!

We were impressed from the moment we walked in. It was a perfect space for our family to celebrate our daughter’s graduation from ASU. Everything from the comfortable bedrooms, beautiful patio and pool area and location were incredible. We would highly recommend this property and we will be back!

The property was perfect for what we were looking for! Close to friends and family, good eating places, central to the part of Tempe that we needed to be in. The home was spotless, beds were super comfortable - linens were high end. All the comforts of home from a great location!!

Family Getaway in Style

We are a Family of 4 with an 18 month old and a 7 year old. This property was perfect for us. Starting the day before arrival the hosts had us at ease. If you’ve ever flown with kids, that’s enough stress right there to ruin a vacation before it starts so the early communication and friendliness was welcome. The house is beautiful and spacious with a wildly functional outdoor space. Ample seating and eating areas really made a family feel at home. Mattresses were comfy and everyone slept well. The home is lightly decorated with tasteful decor but done in a simple way. This was key for us to feeling comfortable letting the 1 year old explore. While in town we had a few family members come by and all were impressed about the home. The heated pool was a nice addition for a modest fee but we found that to be the norm in the area for the few pools that were heated during November. There really aren’t many. Water was clean and the pool was inviting. I would recommend to anyone looking at the home. Families and even those without kids will enjoy. Just book it!

Great place with a lot of room!

Very nice, large home! The area was great! We felt safe and it was a quieter area. Overall experience was positive. Couple of little mentions: There was some remodeling happening in the main bathroom, hopefully that is completed soon. The listing stated there was a hot tub. There is not. I addressed that with the property manager, and they hopefully have removed that from the listing. That was one of the main reasons this property was the "winning" property for us. They did try to remedy this by turning up the heat in the pool, but we had to pay extra to heat the pool prior to arrival...sooooooo..... Anyway, overall good experience. We would certainly consider staying here again.

Feb Trip

Overall the home is as described in the listing. We had 6 travelers, so we had plenty of room. The home would easily accommodate 8 as noted. Although the weather didn’t allow us to utilize the backyard/pool area it is also very nice. Property manager was accessible and helpful throughout our stay. Location is very close to the 101, for easy travel throughout the greater PHX area, close to grocery/etc and local neighborhood is very quiet.

Great location in quiet neighborhood

Had a good time in Tempe with family. Plenty of room for 6 of us. Outside area is big enough for all of the family. Pool was good, heated. Only thing I would improve on is kitchen needs more pans and utensils. Hosts were great with communication. Had some maintenance issues but resolved quickly.

Great Hospitality

This was a great rental. The owner was very responsive and hospitable. There was a small problem with the pool heater and the owner made every effort to fix it as quickly as possible. They even provided a nice fire pit for us! We had a really nice time. You can rent this knowing you are going to experience what’s advertised. For those wanting to know the layout of the house, there is a large master on one side and three rooms on the other side of the house. Two of the rooms have a Jack and Jill bathroom connecting them. Thanks for a great stay!

PERFECT VACATION

We rented this property for our daughter’s graduation from ASU. It is the PERFECT place to stay, pictures don’t do it justice! Great distance from ASU, airport, and the baseball stadium to take in a game! One thing, though, don’t miss the master suite off the entrance. The house is so big you think you’ve seen it all, but the beautiful master suite is the size of a small apartment on it’s own! Beautiful memories that we will always treasure made here! Thanks!

Sweet spot for sister weekend

Our family vacation at this property was great! The house was spacious, stocked with essentials, beds were comfortable and the pool/outdoor area was perfect. It was in a great location where we were able to walk to the grocery store. The owners reached out to us after we settled in to make sure everything exceeded our expectations. I would definitely recommend this property

Lovely Property and Owners

This was a beautiful property, and was more lovely in person than the listing (which is rare). The owners were extremely accommodating. The property is close to Mill Ave and trendy restaurants. Would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting AZ.
