The sheets were dirty and housekeeping wasn’t going to be available until 9am. I had to leave the hotel due to the unsanitary conditions, there were also no other options. I opted for a refund and took business elsewhere m.

First room couldn’t control the temperature and the shower knob was falling off. No hair dryer Trey said one was in the room). Went to have breakfast the next morning we went to breakfast and it was dismal. Took a glass of orange juice and after one sip, threw it away as it tasted sour. We asked for a new room and they gave us one. In that room one bed might have had a broken box spring as it sagged so much. Two ice machines in the place and one was broken. No water available in a vending machine even though our credit card got charged. Overall, this hotel is very run down.

I hate the Hotels.com sends me these emails to review the place we stayed, but at the same time, "Oh well..." The room we stayed in was dated and has aged poorly. Fresh paint and new flooring can only do so much. The bathroom vanity was in dire need of a sanding and new finish, the shower head was loose, and the hot water was lukewarm. It was nonetheless a good stay, but be forewarned, "You get what you pay for."

Staff was nice, room was nice. Bathroom shower/bath faucet was just weird rotated 360 degrees and needed to me at an unmarked location to get hot water. Door didn't close easily/normally but was secure once closed. Staff also didn't close door to latch it closed once, but I was luckily there to fully close it. Would have liked the hdmi ports accessible on the TV.

The room was clean for the most part, meaning the bed, sink/counters, and bathroom areas but the small couch in the sitting area had a weird looking stain and also part of the carpet near the restroom and sink area, leading to the small sitting area, seemed like they were not vacuumed very well. There were food crumbs and what looked like toilet paper pieces on the floor, which kinda grossed me out. The hot water took awhile to get warm and the toilet bowl was very low. However, the bed was super soft and sheets/bedding was clean, the front desk lady was cool, and the heater/AC worked great. Also, there was a small fridge and microwave which was a plus.
