Extremely dirty, pubic hairs all over the floor, on the desk, on the kitchen counters, in the bed sheets, blood stain on a pillow. Promised and stated multiple times they would send someone out to clean, it never happened!! Stated they would compensate for our troubles, it never happened!! We had to wash sheets and buy cleaning supplies to clean ourselves!! They did have someone bring a new pillow the next afternoon. But did not clean!! They provide one towel per person, so bring your own pool towel!! They state they provide linens, you get the bare minimum, 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth per person. The kitchen has 1 towel, no wash cloth or anything to hand wash a dish. Bath tub was clogged, things floating in the water, said they would send maintenance out, 5 days later, nobody ever showed up. They lied to vrbo when I input a ticket for the extreme sanitary issues and said they sent someone out to clean, but they never did!! The ironing board is a small table top one. You only get 4 hangers for 2 people.
