Quick Spring trip to find the sun!

Enjoyed our 4 night stay. My husband and I enjoyed walking around the lake in the morning and enjoying our coffee on the patio. The property manager was very helpful when we were trying to figure out the key fob and ultimately negotiated a late check out as we had a late flight out. We have come to the Phoenix area several times for Spring Training and felt this location was great with easy access to the airport and highways around the city. Walking to coffee and dinner was also a plus! Would definitely consider staying here again!

Loved it!

Out of all of the vacation homes that we have stayed in over the years, this condo was by far one of the most clean and well kept homes. The kitchen was well stocked with items that were clean and in great condition. The location was great. Overall, we would recommend this place hands down and stay again if our travels bring us back to the area.

Thru & thru all was fabulous! Lovely condo, well stalked with everything (Kleenex, tp, soaps, towels, laundry soap, dish/dishwasher soap, wine/bottle opener, pickle ball paddles/balls, really you name it and they had it) Comfy king size beds and pillows! Comfy couches! The whole facility was very nice, great pool and hot tub close to the unit. Lots of fabulous restaurants and grocery store close by. Lovely views of the lake from inside the condo and patio. Very pretty at night. Property Mgmt was great and communicated very well! Thanks for sharing your lovely place! Would definitely recommend and book again!

One of our BEST family vacations EVER!

This property had it all - location, convenience, amenities....I could go on and on. We have rented many vacation homes over the years and this was by far one of the BEST. We loved the location and close proximity to all the amazing Arizona sites, as well as the complex itself which included 3 pools, a walking trail, and so many friendly residents! We truly felt right at home. The condo itself was very well equipped and had a great layout - super roomy and comfortable for the four of us. We really enjoyed taking our morning walks around the lake and even visited the nearby community park. There were an abundance of stores and great restaurants nearby too. We will definitely be back!

difficulty locating our unit at night

Once we arrived at night, Jasmine tried to give us directions over the phone. Had she mentioned that there was a map at the entrance, this would have saved us over an hour trying to locate our rental spot. After much searching, residents came to our rescue. Lighting up the map for night time use would also have been helpful. Impossible to find our parking spot as the overhead flourescent lights shining, obstruct the view terribly so as the parking slot numbers are impossible to see at night. Had to get out of the car to actually go up to the overhang to see the actual numbers. Number sequence of these spots are random and don't help either. Other than that the unit we stayed in was excellent.

Spring getaway

This was an awesome property for our week stay in the Chandler area. A perfect location that is close to everything we needed. The condo was super clean and well furnished. We enjoyed the view on the water and the close proximity to great food and entertainment. We'll be back!

We all enjoyed the property. Clean and very comfortable. Lake view from the patio was very nice. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, pickleball courts and walking path around the lake. The location is walking distance from a great grocery store and restaurants.

WM Phoenix Open

Highly recommended!! I am a firm believer in “you get what you pay for”. This Condo was worth every penny. We didn’t get to use the pool but it looked awesome. Very close to the 101. This made an easy drive to Scottsdale for the Phoenix Open and airport. Would definitely stay here again!!

Condo with a view!

Delightful, calm and roomy

Although it was just me, the unit offered space to entertain guests and was a convenient location with easy access to anywhere in the metro area. Shopping and dining right next door. Local inside mall just down the freeway and inside convenience of high speed internet made it easy to work remotely.
