Pool was fabulous. Refrigerator freezer did not work. We had to buy ice every day and a cooler. Twin beds were hard. TV in middle bedroom did not work.

Nice property!

Price was good, property was clean and well maintained. We were in Phoenix for a family wedding and unfortunately it was too cold to swim but the pool was nice. Would like to come back when it’s warmer so we can relax poolside!

Comfortable and convenient

We were going to Goodyear Park to see the Reds. Easy 20 -30 minute walk to the ballpark. The place was roomy and well equipped. Twin beds weren’t the most comfortable for adults, but not bad and would work well for kids. Nice location. We didn’t use the pool other than to dip our feet, but enjoyed the outside area. Overall highly recommend.

Good place, comms poor

Great place as listed. Lights in kitchen do not work. Remotes for TVs are mixed up in rooms. Ring door chimes every time a car drives by(all night). Host didn't respond to vrbo messages after we checked in to discuss the items mentioned above.

3 night stay

Very eclectic collection of furniture and decor. The camera system has a very annoying chime and when we unplugged the chime so we could sleep, we were contacted by the owner and told to plug it back in so she could monitor the activity on site. We were also told that nobody was allowed to come over and/or stay with us. Granted, it was Superbowl weekend but we didn’t have any plans that would involve parties. Overall, it was clean and in order, just a few minor oddities that felt strange.

Nice quiet neighborhood

The home was clean, I liked that there were plenty of places to sit as there were 6 in our group. The beds were comfy! The only problem I encountered was the incorrect information on the booking details which stated check in was at 11am but it was actually at 3pm, also there were 6 in our group but only 5 towels were put out, we found extra but they were not freshly washed Other than that the home was nice and comfortable! Would stay again:)
