You know the old saying, you get what you pay for. That’s this property!We stayed at this house for 12 days for spring training baseball. The house was clean, but to be honest that was about it. The pictures make this place look pretty good. If the owner gets what we paid per night, I would invest some into the property. We have never stayed at a house before that relied on a curtain rod to lock the patio door. The lock on the patio door was completely broken. Patio door screen is torn so you can’t use it unless you like the bugs to come in. Exhaust fan in bath needs replaced, very loud and sounds like the motor is ready to go out. Stains on rugs in living room and kitchen area, (a quick clean would make them look better.) Ceiling fans need a deep clean! Disgusting to look up over the dining room table on the white fan and see black dirt/ dust. You better like odd sounds coming from the AC. For being on what was a described as a quiet street it seemed like a lot of traffic sped thru at all hours. We had a party next-door to us that went on until 3:30am. It was not a quiet party by any means! We couldn’t use the pool until our 4th day since it was not cleaned or treated until the pool guy showed-which was a day later than owner told us, temps were 90. Pool is not heated but at least have a solar cover to warm it up. Patio furniture torn wicker furniture-new cushions needed all around. You need to be comfortable having tenant in the back. Would not recommend this one!
