Randy and Patty were amazing hosts! Check in process was easy and our stay on this property was so comfortable it felt like a second home! Will definitely stay there again when we return to Phoenix when visiting our famil and recommend their place to anyone who will be visiting Phoenix.
We needed a location in northern Phoenix and this was perfectâŠin a nice quiet neighborhood but close to stores and restaurants. I loved sitting on the porches (one on each side for sun or shade!) each morning and drinking water with lemons straight from the lemon tree!We also rented the atvs for an hour and that was perfect! Nice easy trails minutes away! Randy guided us there and then we went off on our own. We utilized the 2 person hot tub as well! Pool was great, beautiful yardâŠwe used it one day when it was warm enough!
Wonderful place to stay! Accommodations were just right, owner very friendly and helpful, and the fresh citrus was delicious! Will definitely stay again!
In town to visit our son. Although it was very hot, this little apartment remained comfortable. Our favorite part, access to some hiking in the Sonoran preserve nearby.
Getting away from the chaotic city was much appreciated by staying here.
This property filled our needs - a place to relax, enjoy the sun, oranges, perfect for making our meals, enough amenities, close to shopping and friends. Host was friendly and accommodating!
Randy was an amazing host!! The property was eclectic and neat! As a single traveler this trip, I felt so safe being on the same property as the host. He made sure I was well taken care of and comfortable. Honestly Randy made me feel like I was an old friend who was coming for a visit!
The bed was so nice and the pillows were perfect! The space was clean and had everything I needed.
On top of all of that, I enjoyed fresh picked oranges and could have even snagged fresh eggs from the âChicken cabinâ if I wanted.
Iâm in the area about once a year and will definitely be booking with him again.
The property has a ton of character! Very beautiful landscaping, nice quiet neighborhood. The pool is very clean, everything was in good working order. It is close to a grocery store, Walmart, restaurants, and local nightlife.
Staying at Eclectic Acres is a wonderful way to experience the Arizona desert. The decor will remind you of the old west. We saw hot air balloons from our decks almost every morning. Hiking up the nearby mountain is a great way to experience nature and view the sunset. Or if you just want to relax, you can see the sunset from the west deck. The east desk is great for grilling and there is also a chiminea for chilly nights. The lodging is in the upstairs of a barn and is very roomy. My only complaint is the small kitchen. The kitchen worked for the two of us, but it might not be the best option if you plan on cooking and hosting a group. Randy was a great host and was responsive and took care of our every need. He also has some rentals you can ride in the desert. If you are adventurous, don't miss that opportunity. Wifi was available with Netflix. Try some horseshoe throwing and get a selfie with the skeleton pulling a wagon.
This is a perfect spot for a couple and can handle one or two small children as well if needed. Two decks ... one for sunrise and one for sunset. The property owner was great, very knowledgeable, and very respectful of privacy. Overall just an amazing stay and we can't wait to return.
