Great place, we loved our stay in the hotel. Great location, short walk to downtown Scottsdale (transit options available), awesome pools, spacious rooms. The only thing about the room was that the drawers for clothes were not closing, they’d always open on their own. Everything else was wonderful!

I would have given my stay a 5 stars, if it weren't for the fact that in my 3 night stay, housekeeping never clean the room. I had to call to get paper and towels. Other than that the property is great, the breakfast, the closeness to shopping areas, the pool etc. Everything was very nice.

Close proximity to much of what Scottsdale offers. Property was nice and quaint. The rooms did have that “old” hotel smell, but was clean and staff was friendly. Only hiccup we had was I requested a late check out and was told a complimentary noon check out would be available. I had our room packed up and went back to grab our belongings about 11:45 AM and our keys weren’t working. I checked the Hilton app and it stated “we’ve conveniently checked you out at our check out time”. Thankfully there was a staff member 2 doors down who helped us in the room and we were able to gather our items.

Just what we needed

We came to the Phoenix/Scottsdale area for a dance competition. We chose the hotel based on good reviews and close proximity to the competition. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. It fit our needs perfectly.
