One of the ladies that works upfront during the day is very rude. My son does online school and has special needs my husband and I take turns helping him and work jobs. One day we got there to let her know we extended our stay online the night prior it was a few minutes after 11 which was check out time and she was very rude threatening to keep our deposit if we didn’t come before 11. A couple days later my husband was at work and an employee came to the door saying I was due for check out. I had extended it the previous night on Expedia so I was confused. Once my son went on lunch from school I went down there. Before I did I checked my app and sure enough the reservation was for an extended stay not extenda suites so it was an error which is easy to make given the name. I corrected the reservation went to the office and she was so rude telling me I had to check out the next day because this was the second time we came after 11. I said well it was an accident and explained the she demanded my husband the cardholder needed to come in I explained he was at work it was my app the reservation was on and it included myself my son and my dog. I also let her know I paid through the 12 the next 2 days and she said well after the 12 th you can’t stay here anymore u have to check out. We haven’t had any issues here we are quiet and keep to ourselves we are displaced from our home do to a fire and I’m currently battling stage 4 cancer. I was hoping we could stay here til after Xmas
