The home was very nice and clean. They had all the supplies that you would need in the kitchen.. We enjoyed the pool table even though I'm the worst player. So much family fun. The outside back yard was beautiful. The pool was heated and we enjoyed our time having family fun. We would definitely come back. Thank you for making our vacation so special..

We really enjoyed this location. Just far enough away to have some quiet and only a few min drive to shopping / restaurants. Stunning yard and house! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Great place to stay.

This place was more then we imagined. Great pool, the layout of the house was amazing with the pool table and multiple sitting areas. The back yard was beautiful and secluded. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. I Would stay here again for sure.

Enjoyable stay

We loved the VRBO rental house in Phoenix. Everything was great. We used the free tickets we got from iTrips Vacation and enjoyed the time we spent at these attractions.

Spacious and Comfortable

We were in Phoenix for Senior Men’s Baseball Tournaments. The heated pool was perfect after games. The patio is perfect for enjoying morning coffee. The house is comfortable and roomy. The home is well stocked with bathroom towels and beach towels. We love the Cave Creek area. Grocery stores and restaurants are nearby. The owner/management were very quick to respond to questions. I would stay again if available.

One of the best VRBO stays we've ever had, and we've stayed in a ton of properties! Even better than the photos. Amazing location, quiet neighborhood, extremely clean, well-stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking items and dishes, beautiful outdoor area, and comfortable beds. Everything you'd want in a rental property; it checked every single box. We stayed here while moving our daughter into college (we're from out of state) and being allowed to receive Amazon deliveries was incredibly helpful. We will definitely be staying again!

Perfect place for family. We loved the pool and the location.House was comfortable, plenty of towels, TV's and furniture. The pool table was fun and the beds were good! Would have been nice to use a part of the 3-car garage at 115 degrees here in PHX. I have to admit most of the furniture was uncomfortable and the kitchen supplies were dirty and old...expected more for the .

Perfect Place to spend a couple of weeks.

Property was clean and well stocked. Yard was lovely. Good location. The host was super responsive when we had a couple of minor issues. Took care of it immediately with a smile! Recommend this place to stay!

Lovely, clean and spacious

Our family had a great stay here! The home is clean and spacious, the decor was lovely, and the backyard was a quiet oasis. We spent most of our time on the covered patio while our kids swam. The house had all appliances we could need, and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. There was also a great park within walking distance with lots of shade and fun play equipment. We would definitely stay here again!

Great 10 days!!

This property provided plus more for our stay in Arizona. Even though the temps were in the triple digits we enjoyed the pool everyday. Spacious living and very centrally located. We will certainly stay here again, just when the temps are cooler 🙂. Thank you for making visiting Arizona memorable.

Relaxing and fun getaway

This house was the perfect place for my family of four to get away for a few days. My 8 & 11 year olds spent most of the afternoons in the pool. My husband and I enjoyed the patio and backyard. It was very relaxing. Beds were comfortable, house had everything we needed. Pool table/ ping pong was fun. Wi-Fi was strong and kept up with our work needs. We’d love to stay again!

Argentine Friends Give a Two Thumbs Up!

Great location in north Phoenix, super quiet neighborhood, we were drawn to this location because of the private pool and pool/ ping pong table. The vacation home is as advertised. The spaciousness of the house is wonderful and the backyard retreat was just what we needed in this heat. This is going on my list for a return visit. Our Argentine friends loved it and gave the property a two thumbs up!

Labor Day stay

Although the property was 20 minute north of the city, our stay worked out perfectly, it seemed that everything was only 20 minutes from our home. The neighborhood was quiet . Room darkening drapes in the master bedroom would be my only ask of the property. Pool was well used!

Beautiful home..

Perfect home and neighborhood... The pool and backyard are beautiful, it was nice just sitting out there in the morning trying to catch a few rays.. The pool table we used the last night we were there.. lots of fun... We came to Phoenix for a wedding, wish we would of had more time to spend at the house.. the time we did spend we enjoyed.. The property manager was great... To the owners... Thank you for sharing your home..

Accommodating

The master bedroom bed was the most comfortable bed we’ve slept on!! Beautiful home. Hot water took a while to heat. Master bath jacuzzi had stuff coming out once jets were turned on. This home is decorated beautifully and the pool table was great for entertainment! We would most definitely stay here again!

Exceeded expectations!

The property was beautiful. The house had plenty of room for me and my friends. All of the rooms were immaculate and the beds were comfortable. The bedrooms are all spacious. The couch in the living room was large and comfortable and the other two couches were welcome spaces to relax if you wanted to read or watch TV in the smaller room with the desk. The little pull out couch would have been great too if we had another person. I wish we had more time at the house because would have loved to prepare a meal in the beautiful kitchen or grill in the yard. The pool was also very enjoyable. I would definitely come back and stay!

Great home! Everything we expected. Pool was heated and very comfortable and clean. The house was clean and spacious. Very well appointed. We enjoyed a game of pool in the evening too! Beautiful large master bedroom with huge ensuite and walk-in closet. Enjoyed the ambiance of the gas fireplace in the bedroom as well. Such a large room could accommodate a king size bed instead of the queen it currently has. Overall, this home was perfect and in a great location. Quiet neighborhood with walking trails and park. We would definitely rent this home again.

mid-week review

I arrived to a well maintained and clean home with a beautiful backyard. While I've only been here 2 nights and 3 days, iTrip vacations has asked for a mid-week review. I have 5 more days of my stay here. The bed is comfy and all linens were provided. The neighborhood is very quiet. The property is located in close proximity to Desert Ridge which is convenient. The issue I initially had with the outdoor lights turned out to be a timer gone bad and was resolved within a day. I feel relaxed when returning to the property after a day of exploring in the valley.

Nice house, pool and location

We stayed over Thanksgiving with our 2 kids to escape the cold and enjoy some pool time, so we made sure to get a heated pool. The outside temps were about 70 to 75, and we were soooo happy that the pool was kept at very nice temp. Our kids spent hours in the pool and had a blast. I mention this because not all "heated pools" are equal, as some owners do the minimum. Not the case here. Everything else worked great too, internet, TV, fireplace, appliances... no issues. Didn't have to contact the host once (I think that's a first). We would definitely stay here again. Some room lighting is cold and dim, I would suggest adding some brighter, warmer bulbs in some of the fixtures.

Nice home for a family getaway

We rented the home for the entire month of March in 2024 and have been happy with the experience. The communication pre and post arrival are extremely good. The home is spacious with large living areas, kitchen and dining areas. The pool/ping pong table in the living room is a nice feature and we used it a lot. Kitchen is equipped so good for preparing meals at home. The master BR is huge. The other rooms are good size. The entire place was nicely and professionally cleaned when we arrived. The back yard is small but nicely landscaped with a heated pool. We were able to use the gas grills and enjoyed the back yard. The house is located in a neighborhood with mostly families with young children so very safe. It has a very large neighborhood park with exercise set ups and kids playgrounds, and grass areas for flag football practices. We enjoyed the walks around the neighborhood, which has side walks everywhere. The area is only a few minutes away to a couple large grocery stores and multiple restaurants. It is relatively centrally located so easy access to most of the local attractions. If we come back next year, this will be on top of our list. Only suggestion is to consider replacing the outdated master shower.
