The condo was just what we were looking for. Great location for everything we wanted to do. The reserved parking was great and the pool and hot tub were perfect for after a day of hiking. The bed was very comfortable and the condo was very spacious. Even though we didn't use it, the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need to cook a quick meal. This place was perfect for our trip and Erick was very nice and accommodating.

The location of the unit next to the pool was very convenient. The unit was clean and had plenty of room. There are issues with repairs that need to be completed and we found the dryer to be full of sheets and towels when we did laundry late in the week. Overall, it was a good value for our money and the host was empathetic regarding the issues we noted in need of repair.

Frequent visitors to Arizona

We have rented many properties in Arizona over the last 15 years and this place was disappointing. The communication with the owner was excellent as he responded to my texts quite quickly which was great. The beds are not good, the mattresses need to be replaced. There was a broken drawer in the kitchen. We had to go out and buy a pack of cutting boards. There was only 1 oven mit. There were no bar b que utensils. There were 4 lightbulbs in the ensuite and only 1 of them worked. The closet doors are all broken and don't work properly. You can tell this place needs a facelift. My daughter was walking around barefoot and she showed me her feet and they were black. The floor was filthy and not cleaned properly. The owner gave me the number to the cleaning company and I had to call them to see if they would come and clean the floor. The guy I talked to didn't want to hear me out and told me he sent pics to the owner to show them they had cleaned the place and I said to him, the floor is filthy and it needs to be cleaned and he didn't want to hear it so I hung up with him and went to the store and bought a 24 pack of swiffers and used 14 of them to clean the floor. It smelled musty when we walked in the first day and after we had cleaned the floor it actually smelled clean in there. The coffee maker was filthy when we showed up, we had to clean that out. That also should be upgraded. This place could be nice, just needs to be taken care of.

Very basic setup -sparse furnishings. No kettle or blender. Would have been nice to haves. Cold pool as expected. Hot tub wasn’t working. Location was central as described. Not my highest rating for the 30 VRBO’s I’ve vacationed at.

Very nice complex - quiet and well maintained. Complex is centrally located, and a short drive to many popular destinations. The condo was clean and spacious. Erick was very responsive to a few questions that we had.
